1998 volvo v70 Turbo

1998 Volvo V70 turbo. Rust free. In sound mechanical condition. No oil leaks. Heater blows hot. A/C works great; blows cold. New battery with 2 yr warranty. New Volvo radiator. Engine runs like new; does not overheat. Low mileage on timing belt. Door locks work. Interior clean. Third seat. Dashboard looks new; no cracks. All original except two new wheels/wheelcovers/tires that were purchased shortly after purchase of car. Front seats restuffed; all seat leathers in better than average condition. Windshield wipers work. Avg mpg 24 - 27.
Moderate sand/sun damage to paint. Check engine light on. Dent in hood. Rear hatch does not open; will lock from the outside, but will not unlock from outside. Cargo area carpet stained before I purchased the car.
Volvo dealer maintained.
Although I am third owner of the car, the second owner was a friend who bought it at my request and turned it over to me. This Southern California car had one owner for approx. 18 years, and I have owned it for two years.
